Marcia wonders if her job can be classified as ‘work’. It’s the most enjoyable part of her life. Work is supposed to be hard and stressful and a chore. Which it is, to an extent.

But it’s also where she gets to be with Felicity. Every morning she wakes up with a smile. Because she knows she’ll soon be laughing at Felicity’s anecdotes in the make-up trailer. Or sleeping on her shoulder in the green room. Or kissing her.

They kiss in locked trailers. Behind fake walls. In ‘Lynette’s’ bed.

Marcia dreads the weekend. Because she doesn’t have to work.
