There is movement under the covers, Kim looks up from her ‘Hello’ magazine and sees Sharon emerge, sweaty and red-faced.

“Kim, are you nearly there yet?”

“Nuh. Keep goin’.”

“Aw but Kim, you know I get lockjaw really easily. And I’m claustrophobic. And I’m supposed to be down the sports centre for netball in ten minutes.”

“Sharon, is it my fault that Brett left me for that bitch, Kelly?”

“No Kimmy!”

“Is it my fault that I got barred from the pub and am therefore temporarily unable to get myself a half decent root?”

“Well…you did get your boobs out and …”

“Is it, Sharon?”

“No.”

“You’re my second best friend, Sharon. And if you want to be Godmother to my daughter, you’ll have to be prepared to take on extra duties from time to time.”

Sharon sighs. She pulls the covers over her head. Kim turns back to ‘Hello’.

Oh dear me that is all kinds of wrong and yet so very awesome. It is totally the way Kim would act - naturally nothing is ever her fault.

And I can so hear/picture Sharon saying this -“Aw but Kim, you know I get lockjaw really easily. And I’m claustrophobic. And I’m supposed to be down the sports centre for netball in ten minutes.” in her usual submissive way.

I hope that if Sharon gets Kim there she at least gets some sand in a bottle.

Oh dear me that is all kinds of wrong and yet so very awesome. - It is so very disturbingly wrong and it frightens me that it occurred to me in the first place.

This actually came about because I kinda wanted to write something the other day and was feeling very uninspired so I went to

femslash100 to look back to see what I could write for the next remainder challenge (I currently have a Eulogy one, a Xena one, a Heathers one and an X-men one written) . And for the 'crack' one I was thinking 'What couple could I never imagine writing for?' and for some reason Kim/Sharon was the first one to come to mind. And then, suddenly it wasn't so unimaginable anymore because I had written the above. And I truly believe that this scenario isn't all that far from reality in the K&K verse. I think if Kim were feeling a little bit frustrated, Sharon would be a very handy release. Anything else would involve too much effort on Kim's part. And let's face it, why wouldn't Sharon want to sleep with Kim? She's only human.

I hope that if Sharon gets Kim there she at least gets some sand in a bottle. - Nope, I don't think she would. That's saved for very special occasions. Sharon would have to make do with footie franks.

I realise that due to smoking, jackets and hotness I am going to have to get over this, at least in part.
