Aaaaaaanyway, I'm amused at your irrational fondness, because I have a similar one myself - but for Doreah. I have discussed this elsewhere. Mya Stone, in my head, looks like Osha from the show. I don't know how that happened, but that's what I pictured when I read about her.
I'd agree that Kahlan is definitely smarter than Jon is, but a bit dopey when it comes to matters of the heart. Although let's face it, she's a brain surgeon compared to Richard.
I have no idea about any Dianas or Sues, but I'll take your word for it and I'm glad that Kahlan is the exception to your rule.
