Loved this story ... great twist to the original story :D
Totally loved softer!Cara and LMAO at the thought of her writing poetry and inadvertently leaving it for future Confessors to find *snicker* - could still some of the actual!Cara via her determination to rescue Kahlan at all cost.
Whilst dark!Cara was scarier you could still see, much like Kahlan did, that what she did was ultimately her way of showing how much she loved her - harsh but she was all Mord'Sith with all her humanity stripped.
Really enjoyed reading this and very well written - thank you for sharing :)
