I started to read your response when I was interrupted by a co-worker and so at first all I'd read was "sometimes this results in me saying nothing" and I thought I was about to be the target of a super slow motion burn. ;) But instead it turns out you were DESCRIBING ME EXACTLY. I do that constantly and even worse I sometimes do it when responding to comments on my own fic. And the longer you wait, the worse it gets!
