So say it's crap. Then tell them why. Oh babe you totally want me to fail - that sort of thing is not done in the world of medicine - you say what the examiners want to hear and then you spend you life attempting to prove them wrong and/or working in a way the completely contradicts even that you said and did in your exam (and that is the way our little world goes)
