J/J - film

They don’t speak about attending the premiere of Dianna’s movie, but somehow they both show up without their husbands. By virtue of their age and their roles on the show, they find themselves seated together, apart from the younger cast members, at the end of a row.

The lights dim and Jessalyn’s hand finds Jayma’s in the dark, fingers intertwining loosely. As the movie progresses, Jessalyn brings Jayma’s hand to her lips, never removing her eyes from the screen. She presses gentle kisses to each knuckle. Jayma’s heart clenches in her chest and she aches to tip Jessalyn’s face up and bring their lips together. She settles for leaning her head on Jessalyn’s shoulder and squeezing her hand.

Later, when she’s asked what she thought of the movie, Jayma will smile and blush, privately thankful that the title allows her to say ‘It was very romantic.’ without raising any eyebrows.

I love this so much - and you said you couldn't write them!

Dies!!!!!! but then was already close to death due to Jessalyn brings Jayma’s hand to her lips, never removing her eyes from the screen. She presses gentle kisses to each knuckle.

To be fair, there was no characterisation required for this. Therefore, I haven't actually written them ;)

But I'm glad you liked it nonetheless.

Well, obviously I thought about it!!! But it's not like either of them needed to speak or do much. Therefore it could sort of be any two people.
